- We package our bakery with care by sealing in freshness with our internal packaging. For our cakes and hand made desserts, each item is packed with dry ice and an eco friendly foam inside shipping boxes to ensure it arrives in great condition. The dry ice may or may not be present when it arrives at your door as it dissipates in shipments. We’ll include thawing and storage instructions with each item to ensure you have the best serving experience! Note: we only ship dry ice items Mon-Thu to ensure the best quality during delivery.

Serving & Storage Instructions
Our cookie sandwiches are best served at room temperature or cool from the fridge. To Thaw: Remove sandwiches from shipping container. Place sandwiches in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. If you're short on time, you can thaw them at room temperature for 30-45 minutes. Please note they will soften more quickly this way. To Serve: Enjoy them as soon as they are thawed to your liking. Serve with a cold glass of your favorite milk or a hot cup of coffee. STORAGE SUGGESTION: For best results, store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 6 months. Remove and thaw only what you plan to eat, leaving the rest in the freezer for later enjoyment. For short-term storage, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
