Racine, Wisconsin: Before it was known for Kringle, our hometown was once a haven for new companies and ideas. One of those ideas was a product called malted milk. Invented in Racine, Wisconsin by two brothers, malted milk became a featured offering of popular soda fountains and ice cream shops across the country. It rose to great popularity when mixed with ice cream into a "malted" and today it's still popular to get a malt (or milkshake). To honor this Racine tradition, we've created this Kringle. Our flaky pastry is filled with a creamy, malt filling. It's then frosted with a smooth and decadent chocolate malt frosting and finished with pieces of malted milk balls. We dare say this is delicious almost too good to share. All hail The Racine Chocolate Malt Kringle! Here only two weeks!

    Serving Instructions

    Kringle is best served at room temperature or warmed in the oven. Remove the Kringle from the wax bag, remove plastic sheet and remove from plastic tray. If a warm Kringle is desired, place in a 350 degree oven for 3 1/2 minutes. Kringle can also be warmed in a microwave. When ready to serve, cut Kringle into 1 or 2 inch slices. Then watch for approving looks and gestures. For storage, Kringle freezes well. To thaw, let stand for 6 hours in room temperature or 12 hours in a refrigerator.
