For many, the traditional Danish holiday is escaping to their cottage where they would pick fresh fruits and have those be the star ingredient in desserts. This crumb cake takes that same approach. We start with an apple cinnamon cake and add a little smooth cream cheese. We then top it with our homemade tart Wisconsin cranberry filling. It's then topped with buttery streusel and icing for an uncomplicated and delicious crumb cake. Available September and October only.

    Serving Instructions

    Our coffee cakes are best served at room temperature. Remove the plastic packaging and place on a cutting surface. Then, using a sharp knife, gently cut through the coffee cake and the paper baking mold. Remove the coffee cake from the paper and serve. Serve, eat and repeat! For storage, keep in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or store in freezer for up to 5 months.
