- We package our bakery with care by sealing in freshness with our internal packaging. For our cakes and hand made desserts, each item is packed with dry ice and an eco friendly foam inside shipping boxes to ensure it arrives in great condition. The dry ice may or may not be present when it arrives at your door as it dissipates in shipments. We’ll include thawing and storage instructions with each item to ensure you have the best serving experience! Note: we only ship dry ice items Mon-Thu to ensure the best quality during delivery.

Serving & Storage Instructions
Shipped frozen in an insulated container with dry ice. Cakes shipped Monday thru Thursday only to ensure delivery by the weekend. Our layer cakes are best served at room temperature so that the icing can become soft and creamy. Remove the packaging while the cake is still cool. Allow a frozen cake to thaw for 12 hours in the refrigerator or at room temperature for up to 6 hours before serving. Now you can have your cake and eat it too! For storage, your cake will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
