Founded in 1949 by Christian Olesen, a Danish immigrant, our family
business has, as its hallmark, an unwavering pledge to maintain
the procedures necessary to produce the finest Danish bakery in
the United States. As with our authentic Danish Kringle, all that
we create is made, by hand, using the finest, all-natural ingredients.
Now, as the fourth generation enters the family business, we renew
