Few things bring back memories to us than a carrot cake. Our great Grandma Olesen's carrot cake was so delightful, a long time ago we decided to ask her for the recipe. We take fresh carrots, each with a touch of sweetness, and add spices and cinnamon into the filling. When baked in our tender pastry, the blend of cinnamon and freshly ground carrots creates a mouth watering aroma that wafts through our bakery. We then finish this with a creamy frosting with a touch of nutmeg and carrot cake crumbs. As one customer said, "Had this for Easter because I LOVE Carrot Cake. The whole thing was PERFECT."”

If you have ever visited a strawberry farm and picked your own fresh strawberries, you know how incredible this fruit can be. We loved taking those bright red strawberries and make it into a variety of desserts, including one of our favorites, strawberry shortcake. Inspired by this classic, we start with sweet cookie pieces and layer in our scratch made strawberry filling. We then add buttery streusel, sweet icing and top this in pink chocolate curls. As a customer put it, "The Strawberry is a home run!!!!!"
