Seven Sister Coffee Cake

The 7 Sister Coffee Cake is aptly named after the star cluster Pleiades and Greek mythology of the 7 sisters of Pleiades. Our 7 Sister Coffee Cake is made by layering our pastry, creamed almond filling, custard and 7 spiraled rolls.
