ORDERING GUIDELINES
RIGHT TO YOUR DOORSTEP
Telephone Orders:
Call toll-free for your Charge Card order: 1-800-709-4009 or submit your order via the internet on our secure server. If ordering by phone, please have the following information ready:
1. A completed order to assist in organizing your request and as a permanent record of the order for your reference.
2. Your credit card number and expiration date; we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
3. For more than Ten (10) recipients, please mail or FAX the information to us at 1-262-631-5395.

Internet Ordering Instructions:
Ordering O&H Danish Kringle on-line is easy! Just click on an item or the "Blinking" Enter Store icon at the top and follow the instructions. You can print a copy of your order and get e-mail confirmation, too.

Delivery Information:
1. We attempt to ship all orders on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays to insure delivery within the same week. Orders received by 4:00 pm can be shipped the next available shipping date.
2. We ship UPS (United Parcel Service) whenever possible. Deilvery is made within 2 business days of shipment. UPS does not guarantee 2-day delivery of orders shipped between December 12th and Christmas. Sorry, we cannot be responsible for weather related delays.

Holiday Delivery:
ORDER EARLY TO INSURE DELIVERY DURING THIS PERIOD!
1. Orders are processed as received. Your order will be scheduled to ship on the date you requested only if that date is available when we receive your order. If the date is not available, your order will be scheduled to ship on the closest available date.
2. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, our Holiday Shipping Schedules (November 1 through the second week of January) fill quickly. We recommend you order early. After November 15th, please check for availability.
