    My only disappointment was it looked like it travelled upside down throughout the entire delivery. The boxes were in excellent shape, but the cake itself was more on the top of the inner wrapping than on the bottom...like it was upside down....the product did not look as appetizing as it should have. It was truly delicious, but the visual was a disappointment. I would have felt bad it I sent that as a gift to someone. You should speak to UPS...

    I don't recommend this product for shipping. I live in Virginia and mine arrived and was a mashed and crumbled mess. There was no way to be able to make it presentable for it's intended use at a dessert party so my husband and I just ate on it for about a week ourselves! Taste was really good but didn't ship well at all. I won't order this again. I'll stick with the Kringles as I can always add additional icing if it sticks to the liner.

      I bought this for my mother and the entire family absolutely loved it, including my sister who is extremely picky. I didn't see it since I live on the other side of the country, but after reading the other reviews I knew to ask how it looked. My father said it was about 60% smushed, but 100% delicious. So, if you are looking for something to impress your tastebuds this is it, if you are looking for something to impress your eyeballs this is not for you.

        The flavor on this Cream Cheese Coffee Cake was out of this world. My only regret was that the shipping time combined with our very hot temperatures the week of delivery made for a bit of a mess. Don't get me wrong, we enjoyed every bite but I think I will stick with the Kringles that arrive in very good condition.

        Thanks O&H for sending me another coffee cake. This one shipped very well and made it to me in VA in great shape. I took it to a family reunion weekend and we had it for breakfast w/coffee. It was a huge hit. I received many compliments and I made sure that the latest O&H catalog was beside the coffee cake. Thanks again for the redo.
